If you need a board certified psychiatrist to perform law enforcement screening in the Houston area, contact Dr. Covert. Dr. Covert has a Master Texas Peace Officer license and has years of law enforcement experience. Dr. Covert is registered with TCOLE to do L3 Psychological Screenings and does so for many law enforcement agencies. The fee for the L-3 evaluation and form submission is $350.00 payable in cash or by credit card. It includes a background survey, a personal interview and appropriate psychological testing, all required by TCOLE. An L-3 can usually be scheduled on the same week of your initial phone call.
